Well, meditation is not about stopping your thoughts, emptying or clearing the mind. Is about being present, being conscious.
When we meditate, we focus on our breath. Breathing is happening in the present moment, so when meditating we are nowhere else but living the present.
PERSONALIZED GUIDED MEDITATION
The personalized guided meditation is a meditation created according your needs. This can be something you want to start healing, a specific situation you are going through that you want to treat, some blockages in your life and much more.
Before the session we would have a chat about the things you would like to work about during the Guided Meditation.
Then we would have an online meeting where I will guide the meditation that was prepared specially for you. During this I will also be working with your energy using different methods in terms of what you need.
